This page explains the cookies and similar technologies Skream uses. In short: we use only what’s needed to run the site, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

Cookies Skream sets

• Sign-in session (strictly necessary).Set only if you log in, to keep you signed in. Without it, accounts can’t work.
• Language preference (strictly necessary).Remembers the language you chose so the site loads in it. It’s used only for that.

Both are “strictly necessary” cookies, which under EU rules do not require consent — but we disclose them here for transparency.

Analytics — no cookie

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and doesn’t fingerprint you. We only see anonymous, aggregate counts.

Third-party embeds

When you watch a stream, Skream loads the official player from YouTube, Twitch, or Kick. Those players are served by the platform and may set their owncookies under their policies, which are necessary for playback and are outside our control. To manage them, see each platform’s cookie settings and policy.

Advertising

Any ads shown on Skream are our own static banners — a simple image and link that we host. They set no cookies and do not track you. If we ever introduce third-party or personalized advertising, it would use cookies, so we would update this policy and add a clear consent choice before any such cookie is set.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Note that blocking the strictly-necessary cookies above will stop sign-in and the language preference from working.
